Good afternoon. Just a few lines to say “Thank you, for hospitality last week.”
After returning home Heather, I have had the opportunity to reflect on the experience of your teaching me, an absolute novice, the essential skills of painting with soft pastels. Thank you for your professionalism, you have inspired, encouraged and given me confidence to continue using this medium. As you know it was only my second time using pastels, yet you alone enabled me to produce a portrait of our two dogs, that is worthy of framing and hanging on any wall for all to enjoy. (Lucy is sadly no longer with us).
